IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is a standardized test that measures English language proficiency for study, work, and immigration purposes.

Listening
Duration:About 30 minutes

Reading

Writing

Scoring
Each module is scored on a band scale from 0 to 9.The overall IELTS score is the average of the four module scores.
Example:
- Listening: 7.0
- Reading: 6.5
- Speaking: 7.5
- Writing: 6.0
Overall Band Score:
6.75, rounded to 7.0.Common Band RequirementsMany universities require 6.0–7.5 bands.Immigration programs often require 6.0 or higher, depending on the country and visa category.
